1. Data controller

DeepMaint is the controller of the personal data you provide through this website. You can write to us at any time at hola@deepmaint.es.

2. What data we collect

Only the email address you voluntarily provide when you subscribe or request information, together with the date of the request and the language in which you browsed the site. We do not collect special category data and we do not profile individual behaviour.

3. Purpose

We use your email to send you DeepMaint detection cases and updates, and to reply if you ask for commercial or technical information. We do not share your email with third parties or use it for purposes other than those stated.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the form. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Retention

We keep your data while you remain subscribed or there is an active interest, and we delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed for the purpose that justified collection.

6. Processors and transfers

Data is stored on our own infrastructure. If we later use an email delivery provider, we will state it on this page before the migration, with its identity and processing location.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@deepmaint.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
